hey,
i know a lot about horses and im thinking about getting one. does anyone know a good place where i would find a high quality arabian horse for not much money Question

Purchasing a horse is the *least* of the expenses involved. When you don't have enough money to buy a horse, you probably don't have enough money to correctly care for a horse. I suggest reading this article:

which describes how much it costs just to keep a horse.
