you mentioned that you modified the cashel saddle by cutting the foam around the withers and down the length of the spine.
could you email me pictures of what you did? i too modify almost all of the equipment i purchase as most of it does not work well for what i need it to do. ( dustyfeathers@hotmail.com )
if i can see what you did, i could learn faster. i am not very good at written instruction, but very good at visual instruction.
